Jane Calabrese, LPC, LCADC

I have 15 years experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse concerns. I have worked in a variety of settings including hospital based programs, day programs, outpatient programs, and within the criminal justice system. I have both a bachelors and masters degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Forensic Psychology/Mental Health Counseling.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are and employing evidence-based client focused practices to empower awareness and meaningful change. There isn't a one size fits all approach and I use various techniques and tools to meet unique needs of each individual client.

Addiction and mental health disorders are often misunderstood. Successful treatment involves education and support. Most times our support systems can also benefit from that same education and support.
